SpareBank 1 Østlandet (SPOL): Election of representatives to the Supervisory Board

Equity capital certificate holders are invited to attend the election meeting in
order to elect members and deputies to the supervisory board of SpareBank 1
Østlandet.

The meeting will be on Wednesday 22 February 2023 at 13.00 CET at the
headquarter of SpareBank 1 Østlandet (address: Strandgata 15, Hamar, Norway).
Registration
from 12.30 CET.

This year 3 members and 3 deputies will be appointed among the equity capital
certificate holders for
the supervisory board for a term of four years.

Equity certificate holders registered with VPS at the time of the election
meeting are eligible to vote. Each equity certificate provides one vote.
