the prorated HH/BB share was 25%.

Andreas Enger, CEO comments: “The strong momentum we saw in Q4 2022 has
continued into 2023 and January, normally a quiet period, shows an increase in
net freight rate of 1.3% compared to the average in Q4. Gross rate is somewhat
lower than the average in Q4 following from lower bunker compensation from
reduced bunker prices. Total volume and HH/BB share are at the same level as we
have seen the last months and all sailings are full and vessel capacity fully
utilised. The reduced HH/BB share compared to the 30-33% reported through most
of 2022 is a function of some strategic choices in some non-core trades and an
increase in contracted car volumes.”
