Correction: private placement

In the announcement, the minimum allocation amounts were stated incorrectly.
The correct amounts are that Kontrari AS and Israel Corporation Ltd. are
guaranteed allocation of minimum approximately NOK 125 million and and 62.5
million, respectively.
