Change in board of directors - observer resigns

SANDNES, Norway 3 February 2023 – The board in Horisont Energi (EURONEXT: HRGI)
has been informed by Mr. Lars Foss-Skiftesvik that he resigns from his position
as an observer to the board of directors of the Company effective immediately.
The Company would like to thank Mr. Lars Foss-Skiftesvik for his contributions
to the Company during his tenure as observer on the board of directors

At the same time QVT has informed the board, that “QVT will not remain the
observer position” in the Company. Consequently, the board will henceforth not
include any observers.
