Change in board of directors

SANDNES, Norway 2 February 2023 – The board in Horisont Energi(EURONEXT:
HRGI)has been informed by Mr. Øystein Stray Spetalen that he resigns from his
position as a member of the board of directors of the Company effective
immediately. The Company would like to thank Mr. Øystein Stray Spetalen for his
contributions to the Company during his tenure on the board of directors.
