Registration of new share capital

Oslo, Norway, February 1, 2023 – Reference is made to the announcement made by
Nykode Therapeutics ASA on January 25, 2023 regarding exercise of warrants by a
primary insider. The share capital increase has now been registered with the
Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises, and the company's new share capital
is NOK 2,954,943.09, divided into 295,494,309 shares, each with a par value of
NOK 0.01.
