Ferncliff Listed DAI AS has on 1 February sold 285,752 shares in Horisont Energi
AS, at NOK 18.52 per share. After the transaction Ferncliff Listed DAI AS has a
total holding of 836,136 shares in Horisont Energi AS. Ferncliff Listed DAI AS
are closely associated to board member Øystein Stray Spetalen.

Board member Øystein Stray Spetalen has on 1 February sold 14,248 shares in
Horisont Energi AS, at NOK 19.32 per share. After the transactions Øystein Stray
Spetalen have no shares in Horisont Energi AS.
