IceBear Steenwijk B.V. Announces Restructuring and New Leadership

Steenwijk, Netherlands, February 1, 2023 - IceBear Steenwijk B.V. announces that
the restructuring process has been successfully completed and all conditions
precedent have been met, providing the company with added liquidity and a
stronger position to face the ongoing market challenges. The company thanks its
bondholders and owners for their continued trust.

The Board of Directors announces the appointment of Christian Den Doelder as the
new CEO, replacing Fokko Jansma, who will not return to the company. Halbe
Pomper, who served as acting CEO, will transition to a new role within the
company. The Board expresses gratitude to Mr. Pomper for his contributions
during the company's challenges.

Mr. Den Doelder, CEO and 50% owner of Den Doelder Group, a leading pallet
producer with operations in the Netherlands and Belgium, brings extensive
operational experience and industry knowledge to the company. The integration of
management within the group will provide the company with strategic
opportunities in the wooden packaging industry.

As part of the restructuring, John Ragnar Tveit has joined the Board of
Directors, replacing Espen Aubert. Mr. Tveit has served as an advisor to the
management team since autumn 2022 and will continue this role in 2023. The Board
of Directors now consists of John Ragnar Tveit, Nicolas Lucciarini, Anders
Ombustvedt, and Christian Den Doelder.
