Meltwater - New share capital registered

Oslo, 18 January 2023: As a consequence of a rectification of the number of
shares in the company's share registry following the announcement of 9 January
2023, the registered share capital of the company now amounts to EUR
3,131,074.58 divided into 313,107,458 shares, each with a nominal value of EUR
0.01 (i.e. a reduction of 1,462 shares).
