BCS: Odd Strømsnes starts as new CEO of Bergen Carbon Solutions AS today

(Bergen, 16 January 2023): Bergen Carbon Solutions AS (BCS, OSE: BCS)

As previously announced, our newly appointed Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Mr.
Odd Strømsnes will start his work in Bergen Carbon Solutions in Q1 2023. Today
the 16th of January will be his first day in office.

Chairman of the Board, Mr. Jon André Løkke says:
"I am very excited that Odd has started in this important and challenging
position. With his vast experience, I am confident that Odd is the right man for
the next growth phase of BCS.”

Co-founder and COO Mr. Finn Blydt-Svendsen says:
