ENDÚR ASA: STATEMENT REGARDING SANCTION FROM THE OSLO STOCK EXCHANGE

Reference is made to stock exchange announcement (ID 580100) on The Oslo Stock
Exchange’s (“OSE”) ticker on January 12, 2023.

Endúr ASA (“The Company”) has been given a fine of NOK 200 000 for an alleged
failure to immediately disclose information about a covenant breach as per June
30, 2021. The Company has decided not to appeal against this decision as such a
process would imply unnecessary and continued use of resources on a historic
event.

Nevertheless, the Company is of the opinion that the sanction is based on both
factual misunderstandings and erroneous legal references from OSE’s side. The
Company disclosed the relevant information immediately as it became aware of it.
Finally, the Company notices that the size of the fine indicates that OSE has
taken the former’s point of view into consideration.
