Review of financial reporting – SpareBank 1 Boligkreditt AS

Finanstilsynet has reviewed certain matters in the financial reporting of
SpareBank 1 Boligkreditt AS (the company). The review included the presentation
of changes in currency basis spread related to hedge accounting in the annual
financial statements for 2021. Finanstilsynet takes note that the company will
change the presentation of changes in currency basis spread in other
comprehensive income and in the statement of changes in equity. The review also
included certain aspects regarding the disclosures of risk, risk management and
asset coverage for issued covered bonds, as well as the preparation of interim
financial statements for the fourth quarter of 2021.
