OBOS Eiendom AS – Successful new bond issue

OBOS Eiendom AS (BBB-/Stable) has today successfully issued NOK 471m in a new
5-year senior secured bond issue with a floating rate coupon of 3m NIBOR + 2.10%
p.a. The bonds will be secured in the property Plogveien 6, land number 148,
title number 344 and 351 in the municipality of Oslo. Settlement date is 26
January and an application will be made for the bonds to be listed at Nordic
ABM.

Nordea acted as Manager for the issuance.
