Asker, Norway - 12 January 2022 - Reference is made to todays news release from
Seabird Exploration Plc ("SBX") regarding the distribution of SBX shareholding
in Green Minerals AS (the "Company").

Green Minerals AS will host a company presentation on Wednesday 25 January at
14:00 CET where Ståle Monstad (CEO) and Ståle Rodahl (Executive Chairman) will
give an update on the Company. Call-in details will be distributed and posted on
