SpareBank 1 Nord-Norge is presenting Preliminary Annual Accounts 2022

Place: Oslo Militære Samfund, Myntgata 3, Oslo

The presentation will start at 17:00, and will be held in Norwegian by group CEO
Liv B. Ulriksen and CFO Bengt Olsen. After the presentation all participants are
cordially invited for dinner (Northern Norwegian cod, liver and roe).

For those who do not have the opportunity to participate, there will be a
transmission via webcast. The link to the webcast will be posted at
https://snn.no/investor. During the presentation, digital participants can send
any questions they may have to investor@snn.no. The questions will be read out
and answered at the end of the presentation.
