Munich, 10 January 2023 – Mutares SE & Co. KGaA (ISIN: DE000A2NB650) has signed
an agreement to sell its portfolio company Lacroix + Kress GmbH to Superior
Essex Global LLC. The closing of the transaction is expected in the first
quarter of 2023.
