Kistefos AS - New bond issue and fixed income investor meetings

January 10, 2023 - Kistefos AS (“Kistefos”) has mandated ABG Sundal Collier,
Arctic Securities and DNB Markets to arrange a series of fixed income investor
meetings commencing on 10 January 2023. A new 4.5-year senior unsecured floating
rate bond issue may follow, subject to inter alia market conditions.

In connection with the potential new bond issue, Kistefos will offer a
conditional buyback of its outstanding bond with ticker "KIST06 PRO" (ISIN
NO0010850654) and may offer a conditional buyback of its outstanding bond with
ticker "KIST07 PRO" (ISIN NO0010892136), of which both will be contingent upon
subscription in the new bond. Subject to completion of the potential new bond
issue, Kistefos will call the remaining net outstanding amount of KIST06 PRO in
whole.
