With reference to the stock exchange notice sent on 28. November 2022, Olav Thon
Eiendomsselskap ASA has now signed final agreements with DNB Livsforsikring AS
concerning the acquisition of their 50% share of Sørlandssenteret, and Olav
Thon Eiendomsselskap has become sole owner of Sørlandsenteret. The take over
took place on January 6th 2023.

Sørlandsenteret, which is located 12 km. north-east of Kristiansand is the
largest shopping center in Agder. In 2022 the totalt tenant turnover was NOK 2,9
billion, an increase of 2 % from 2021, and the centre was Norway's 6th largest
shopping centre in 2022 in terms of turnover.
