NOTIFICATION OF MAJOR HOLDINGS

Oslo, 2 January 2023: In connection with the extraordinary general meeting
(“EGM”) in Nordic Nanovector ASA (the “Company”), to be held on Tuesday 3
January 2023, Rachid Bendriss has received proxies without voting instructions
for a total of 5,478,917 shares or 4.72% of the total shares and voting rights
in the Company. The proxies are only valid at the EGM. In addition, Rachid
Bendriss together with Didrik Leikvang represents North Energy ASA at the EGM,
who holds 18,347,870 shares or 15.81% of the total shares and voting rights in
the Company. Hence, following the receipt of the proxies, Rachid Bendriss
controls 20.53% of the total shares and voting rights in the Company at the EGM.
