The Kingfish Company [Euronext: KING], a pioneer in sustainable land-based
aquaculture, has selected Vincent Erenst as Chief Executive Officer, effective
February 6th, 2023. The Kingfish Company will recommend the appointment of
Vincent Erenst as Chief Executive Officer at an Extraordinary General Meeting of
Shareholders (EGM), to be held early 2023.

Vincent brings a strong international, operational and transformational track
record with more than 35 years of experience leading aquaculture companies. Most
recently, he worked as Chief Operating Officer at Barramundi Group. Prior to
this role, he worked as COO of Avramar and for more than 10 years he worked as
Managing Director of Mowi Canada West.

known as Ricciola/Hiramasa/Greater Amberjack) is a highly versatile premium fish

certified and approved as sustainable and environmentally friendly by
Aquaculture Stewardship Council (ASC), Best Aquaculture Practices (BAP) and
British Retail Consortium (BRC). It was the winner of the 2019 Seafood
Excellence Award, and it is recommended as green choice by Good Fish Foundation.
