Höegh Autoliners ASA – Mandatory notification of transaction from a primary insider

Oslo, 31 December 2022: Andreas Enger, CEO of Höegh Autoliners ASA and primary
insider, transferred 33% of the shares in Damgård AS to a direct descendant on
30 December 2022. Mr. Enger will remain in control of Damgård AS and the number
of shares held by Damgård AS in Höegh Autoliners ASA remains unchanged. Please
refer to the attached notification for further information.
