Stavanger, 30 December 2022 - Norsk Solar AS informs that Sindre Flak Stovner
will step down from his position as Interim Chief Financial Officer. The company
is actively searching for a permanent Chief Financial Officer and Mr. Stovner
will continue as interim CFO through the transition period, or until March 31,
2023.
