Tromsø, Norway, 30[st] December 2022 - ArcticZymes Technologies ASA (OSE: AZT)
releases its first comprehensive ESG report

ArcticZymes Technologies has today released its first comprehnesive Environment,
Social and Governane (ESG) report based on data for the year 2021. The report is
prepared in accordance with the framework established by the Global Reporting
Initiative (GRI) and the Sustainability Accounting Standards Board (SASB).

This report confirms the sustainable value proposition ArcticZymes Technologies
has had in the past and is part of the company's strategy moving forward.
