Intragroup transfer by related party of a primary insider

Stavanger, December 29, 2022. - Norsk Solar has been informed that Aega ASA,
reg. no. 997 410 440, a company closely associated with primary insider of Norsk
Solar AS, Nils Petter Skaset, is completing an intragroup transfer of 3,989,170
shares in Norsk Solar AS to an100% owned subsidiary, Aega Investments AS, reg.
no. 925 295 744.
