Ice Fish Farm - Mandatory notification of trade:

Trondheim, 29 December 2022: Laxar Eignarhaldsfélag ehf ("Laxar") a close
associate of board member and primary insider Lars Måsøval, has on 28 December
2022 sold 35,315,256 shares (the "Sale Shares") in Ice Fish Farm at a price of
NOK 27.29809 per share, as part of a share swap in Laxar where the shareholders
were paid with Ice Fish Farm AS shares. Måsøval Eiendom AS, a close associate of
board member and primary insider Lars Måsøval, received 21,341,745 of the Sale
Shares.
The above transactions are accordingly notifiable transactions pursuant to
Article 19 of the Market Abuse Regulation. Please see attached notification
