Notice of share issue to employees and primary insiders

- Stavanger: The Board of Directors of Norsk Solar AS (the "Company", OSEBX
ticker NSOL) has resolved to issue a total of 625,500 new shares as part of its
employee incentive program. Once the share capital increase related to this
share issue has been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business
Enterprises, the Company's share capital will be NOK 753,958.87, divided into
75,395,887 shares, each with a par value of NOK 0.01.



Among the subscribers are certain primary insiders of the Company, and the
Company refers to the attached forms for details on the primary insider
subscriptions.
