Board member Chris Browne has informed the Board of Directors of Norwegian that
she will resign from the board with effect from 31 December 2022 due to personal
reasons.

“On behalf of the board, I would like to express our appreciation to Ms. Browne
for her valuable contribution during a pivotal period for the company”, says
Svein Harald Øygard, Chair of the board of Norwegian.

The nomination committee has initiated a search for a new board member of
Norwegian.
