Notification of large shareholding

Reference is made to the mandatory offer ("Offer") from TGS ASA for the
acquisition of all the shares in Magseis Fairfield AS ("Magseis") with an offer
price of NOK 8.08 per share according to the offer document dated 10 November
2022.

On 21 December 2022, Condire Management LP ("Condire") approved the Offer for
all its 39,459,302 shares in Magseis, corresponding to 14.52% (the
"Acceptance").

Following the Acceptance, Condire no longer holds any shares or voting rights in
Magseis.
