between December 22nd and 23rd bought a total of 63.786 shares in Inin Group AS
at an average price of NOK 1.66 per share. Following the transaction Øivind
Horpestad and related parties’ control 13,588,886 shares in Inin Group AS.

Gjermund Sogn, CEO of Nordic Infrastructure Group AS, has through the company
Sogn Invest AS, between December 22nd and 23rd bought a total of 25,000 shares
in Inin Group AS at an average price of NOK 1.63 per share. Following the
transaction Gjermund Sogn and related parties’ control 13,237,538 shares in Inin
Group AS.
