Hynion AS: New share capital registered

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement by Hynion AS (the
"Company") on 15 December 2022 regarding the final results of the rights issue
of 50,256,900 new shares in the Company at a subscription price of NOK 0.70 per
new share (the "Rights Issue"). The share capital increase relating to the
Rights Issue is now registered with the Norwegian Register of Business
Enterprises. After this, the Company's new registered share capital is NOK
530,489.50 divided on 106,097,900 shares, each with a nominal value of NOK
0.005.
