Herning, Denmark, 23 December 2022 - Mr. Kjell Christian Bjørnsen will step down
from the Board of Directors of Everfuel A/S (the "Board") by the end of 2022.

Mr. Bjørnsen is a leading employee of Nel ASA, Everfuel's second largest
shareholder. Nel ASA are among potential bidders to upcoming material equipment
deliveries to planned new electrolyser facilities and hydrogen refuelling
stations developed by Everfuel. Mr. Bjørnsen steps down to proactively address
any governance concerns related to these bids.

The remaining Board complies with the requirements regarding board composition
and will still constitute a quorum. The potential election of a replacement
Board member will be considered in due course.
