Q-Free: The acceptance period of the mandatory offer to acquire all shares in Q-Free ASA will expire on Friday 23 December 2022 AT 16:30 CET

KONG, JAPAN OR ANY OTHER JURISDICTION IN WHICH THE DISTRIBUTION OR RELEASE WOULD
BE UNLAWFUL

Reference is made to the mandatory offer (the "Offer") from Rieber & Søn AS (the
"Offeror") to acquire all shares in Q-Free ASA ("Q-Free" or the "Company") at an
offer price of NOK 6.20 per share pursuant to an offer document dated 24
November 2022. Shareholders are hereby notified that the acceptance period for
the Offer expires on 23 December 2022 at 16:30 hours (CET).

Shareholders who want to accept the Offer, and have not already done so, must
fill out and return the acceptance form which is included in the Offer Document
by 16:30 hours (CET) 23 December 2022. There will be no further extensions of
the Offer Period. The Offer may only be accepted on the basis of the Offer
Document.
