On 20 December 2022, the funds under management of QVT Financial LP (“QVT”)
purchased 53,217 shares in Northern Drilling Ltd., and accordingly, QVT crossed
over the 10% threshold.

As of such date, the funds managed by QVT Financial LP own a total of 1,630,948
shares in Northern Drilling Ltd., or 10.11% of the registered share capital.
