Borr Drilling Limited - Notification of PDMR Transaction

Magni Sports AS ("Magni Sports") has sold 1 588 235 shares of Borr Drilling
Limited to Drew Holdings Ltd. ("Drew"). The purchase price was USD 4.10 per
share.

Drew and Magni Sports are both affiliates of Mr. Trøim who is the chairman of
Borr's board of directors. The total number of shares in Borr held by Mr. Trøim
and his affiliates remains unchanged at 15,792,857 shares equal to 6.9% of the
total.
