Agilyx ASA (AGLX) - Extraordinary general meeting minutes

OSLO, Norway – December 21, 2022 – Attached please find the minutes from the
EGM for Agilyx ASA (OSE: AGLX; OTCQX: AGXXF) which was held today. All the
proposed resolutions were passed by the shareholders.
