SpareBank 1 SR-Bank raising interest rates on mortgages and deposits

SpareBank 1 Sør-Norge ASA

Due to continued inflationary pressures in the economy, Norges Bank raised its
policy rate to 2.75% on Thursday. SpareBank 1 SR-Bank is raising its rates for
mortgages and deposits by up to 0.25 percentage points, in line with the change
from Norges Bank.

The new terms will apply to new loans from 20 December and to existing loans
from 31 January. All mortgage customers will receive information via their
online bank or a letter in the mail about how the change in interest rates will
affect them.
