Shelf Drilling, Ltd – Disclosure of large shareholding

Funds managed by Condire Management, LP have on 26 September 2022 acquired
789,464 common shares in Shelf Drilling, Ltd ("Shelf Drilling") and thereby
exceeded the 5% disclosure threshold. Following the transaction, and subsequent
acquisitions of an additional 631,558 common shares, funds managed by Condire
Management, LP, own 10,118,656 common shares in Shelf Drilling, equivalent to
approximately 5.74% of the total shares and votes of Shelf Drilling.

This disclosure is made pursuant to section 4-2 of the Norwegian Securities
Trading Act.
