Meltwater - Change of VPS registration form

Oslo, 19 December 2022: As a consequence of the implementation of the EU's
Central Securities Depositories Regulation (the CSDR), Meltwater N.V. has
implemented the primary recording of its shares kept by DNB Bank ASA (as nominee
for Euronext Securities Oslo) in Euronext Securities Oslo (the VPS). As such,
shares formerly recorded to DNB Bank ASA (as nominee for Euronext Securities
Oslo) in the Company's register of members are now recorded to the shareholders
registered in Euronext Securities Oslo, allowing such shareholders direct
shareholder rights in the company.
