Global Agrajes to be renamed Fertiberia Corporate

The sole shareholder of Global Agrajes, S.L.U., has approved on 16th December
2022 the name change of the company from Global Agrajes to Fertiberia Corporate,
S.L.U.
This decision is part of a broader strategy to provide the Fertiberia Group with
a corporate structure in which Fertiberia Corporate assumes management and
coordination functions within the group and will entail amendment of the
company's articles of association related to the name and object of the company.
The name-change and the rest of the amendments will be effective once it has
been formally registered in the Spanish Commercial Register. A new notification
identifying the new ticker will be made at such time.
