BW Epic Kosan Ltd. – Mandatory notification of trade by close associate of primary insiders

BW Epic Kosan Ltd. ("BW Epic Kosan" or the "Company") has been informed that J.
Lauritzen Invest A/S has made a payment of a dividend in-kind of 40,098,997
shares in BW Epic Kosan to its shareholder J. Lauritzen A/S on Sunday 18
December 2022.

J. Lauritzen A/S and J. Lauritzen Invest A/S are close associates of BW Epic
Kosan board members Tommy Thomsen and Kristian Verner Mørch. The above
transaction is accordingly a notifiable transaction pursuant to Article 19 of
