AINMT ASA (the "Company") has now been liquidated and deleted from the Norwegian
Registrar of Business Enterprises (Foretaksregisteret), as approved by the
extraordinary general meeting on 12 December 2022. All outstanding shares of the
Company will be cancelled without further notice.
