Jacktel AS to provide accommodation services to Aker BP’s Valhall PWP - Fenris project

Jacktel AS has been awarded a contract by Aker BP for the provision of
accommodation services to the Valhall PWP - Fenris project. The contract will
commence 2Q 2026 and has a firm duration of 15 months. As part of the contract,
Jacktel AS has granted Aker BP options to extend the contract by up to 6 months.
Estimated contract value is approximately USD 87 million including mobilization
and demobilization. The contract award is subject to Aker BP obtaining plan for
development and operations (PDO) approval from Norwegian authorities.

Jacktel has committed the accommodation Jack Up Haven for the project. Haven is
one of the most environmentally friendly accommodation rigs in the North Sea
with a possibility to run on power from shore. Direct emissions from Haven are
thereby minimized.

Haven is currently serving the Tyra field development in Denmark until mid-2024.

Jacktel AS is listed on NOTC with Macro Offshore as its commercial and technical
manager.
