Inin Group AS initiates share buyback program

16 December 2022 – The board of directors in Inin Group AS (the “company”) has
decided to initiate a share buyback program of the company’s shares, in
accordance with the authorization granted at the company's annual general
meeting on 29 June 2022.

The program will consist of share purchases up to NOK 10 million and may be
ended at the company’s discretion prior to fulfilment. The share buyback program
will be managed by Pareto Securities AS.
