Heimstaden Bostad raises SEK 750 million in equity from existing shareholders and buys back bonds

Heimstaden Bostad AB has today held an Extraordinary General Meeting that
resolved to carry out a SEK 750 million directed share issue towards certain
current institutional shareholders. The proceeds from the equity issue have been
used to buy back outstanding bonds.
