on 15. November 2022 and the shareholders resolution of 05. December 2022.

The conversion from a German stock corporation (Aktiengesellschaft, AG) into a
european stock corporation (Societas Europaea, SE) has been formally registered
by the German Commercial Register on 13. December 2022.
