MPC Energy Solutions N.V. implements Primary Recording on Euronext Growth in compliance with CSDR rules

MPC Energy Solutions N.V. (“MPCES”) today announced that it has successfully
implemented changes required to comply with new CSDR rules stipulated by the EU
Central Securities Depository Regulation applicable to the company’s listing on
the Euronext Growth Oslo stock exchange. MPCES will now be using Euronext
Securities Oslo, previously VPS, as the initial register for recording
instruments in a book-entry system (“Primary Recording”).
