Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement 25 November 2022. In
connection with the settlement of new NOK 400,000,000 bond with ISIN
NO0012770942, M Vest Energy AS has today bought back MVEN01 PRO (ISIN
NO0010907751) amounting to NOK 275,000,000 (the “Bonds”) and the Bonds have
subsequently been discharged.
