Hynion AS: Mandatory notification of trade from primary insider

Reference is made to the announcement by Hynion AS (the "Company") on 30
November 2022 regarding the commencement of a partially underwritten rights
issue in the Company (the "Rights Issue"), with tradable subscription rights
being granted to existing shareholders (the "Subscription Rights").

Transfer of Subscription Rights

Primary insider Lars Amnell, chair of the board, has transferred 758 476
subscription rights as further detailed in the attached notification.
Primary insider Kurt Dahlberg, member of the board, has transferred 45 000
subscription rights as further detailed in the attached notification.
