Veidekke: Mandatory notification of trade - Shares purchased by key employees in 2022

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement dated 21 November 2022
regarding the share offer for key employees in Veidekke.

The share scheme has for some employees been continued / extended as these were
prevented from subscribing for shares during the ordinary subscription period
for legal reasons. A total of 19 500 shares were purchased by these persons.

The following primary insider has purchased shares:
Jimmy Bengtsson has purchased 5 000 shares at NOK 72.14 per share.
Jørgen Wiese Porsmyr has purchased 5 000 shares at NOK 72.14 per share.
Hans Olav Sørlie has purchased 5 000 shares at NOK 72.14 per share.
Arve Fludal has purchased 1 500 shares at NOK 72.14 per share.
