Pelagia AS has December 12th 2022 signed agreements with Vigner Olaisen AS and
Fjellmyhr AS to purchase the remaining shares in Aquarius AS. Pelagia AS
earlier owned 66% of the shares in Aquarius AS and after the transactions today
Pelagia AS owns 100% of the shares in Aquarius AS.

Pelagia AS is a 100% owned subsidiary of Pelagia Holding AS.
